APD Attempting to Locate Vulnerable Adult
Albany police are attempting to locate 29-year-old Okelly Yhap who was last seen on Sunday, July 9th around 5:30 a.m. on Alexander Street between Clinton and Elizabeth Streets.
Okelly is developmentally disabled, deaf and also has a history of depression.
She is described as a black female, 5'4" and 120 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white vest and black pants with blue stripes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts are asked to call the Albany Police Detective Division at 518-462-8039.
