Bronx foster child missing after being taken by biological mother during scheduled visit: police

Paul Heavlow, 4, was taken by Yvonne Heavlow, 46, from an ACS facility on Webster Ave. in the Bronx, police said. Heavlow was due to return the adorable boy at 5:30 p.m., but never came back to the Bronx facility after their two-hour unsupervised visit.

I love that picture. It's hard not to think that picture is saying a thousand good words.

I have to wonder why she didn't have custody.
