Stats match - he's listed to be 6'0 & 23 years old. The photo linked looks a decent amount like the NY Academy of Art recon.

There was a recording studio not far from where this man was found
I don’t know if the studio was still around when this doe was alive though.
H&h new artist recording studio is the name of it.
The long hair and earrings in the sketch give me musician vibes.. not a rapper but more of perhaps rock n roll.
I don’t think a rapper would have this type of look or hairstyle. Especially during that time period in the late 90s to early 2000s.
