Black hair 5" in length
Beard and mustache 3" in length
4" well-healed crescent-shaped scar on the back of the left calf
Faded multi-colored tattoo of flag of Puerto Rico over left upper arm.


Decedent was found on ground in a park of unknown location. There were liquor bottles associated. He was transported to hospital where he was pronounced.
