Pickings seem slim on Namus, none of these jump out at me except perhaps Anna. I cannot see any ruleouts as I don't have a Namus account.

Anna Maria Purdy (Hispanic/Latina/Uncertain) missing from UT since 1995 with no indication of where she went (she left home after a verbal altercation with her sister). A little short at 5' (UID 5'1" but Anna was only 16 when she went missing so could easily have grown another inch by the time she was 21yo). No photo on Namus. The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
I could not see a Doe Network page for Anna.

Wendy Kimura - Namus says Asian but Doe Network says Asian or Pacific Islander. Missing from IL since May 1999 has the same round face, fits the age range & is towards the lower end of the UID weight and height range. According to Doe Network, Wendy's mother made the MP report, perhaps she was 'guesstimating' those measures so they could possibly be a little low? Found it is hard to compare the ears (UID seems to have a distinctive shape). Also hard to know which of the UID's facial features - such as the nose bridge - may have resulted from injuries preceding death. No indications Wendy was headed to NY. Doe Network reports mental health concerns but not whether this manifested in the past in runaway-type behaviours.

2594DFIL - Wendy M Kimura

Jahzeel Collazo-Rios missing from MI since 1995, not many details and both weight and height seem to be wide estimates. Isn't listed as either Asian or Islander but has the wide/round face and long dark hair noted on the UID.

She looks so young, it's heartbreaking. It sounds like she was moving between cars while the train was moving and slipped and fell onto the tracks, according to the New York Post:

A woman was crushed to death yesterday after falling between cars of a moving Manhattan-bound E train near Queens Plaza.
Officials said the woman slipped onto the tracks around noon as the train traveled in a tunnel between Queens Plaza and Ely Avenue. The victim’s identity was not immediately known.

Since Queens has a large Asian immigrant population, I wonder if she was an immigrant whose family was still back in Asia and never reported her missing to NYC authorities. Or maybe she was even undocumented and her loved ones were scared to go to the police?
