If she was that short and was wearing smaller clothing, I’d suggest their weight estimate is at least a good 20-30 lb too high.

Pamela Carlton is missing from Rochester and fits the physical description: 5'2" tall, 170 pounds, Black/African American. Seems she was living at a rooming house the last her daughter saw her, before she went missing in October 2016.

Here is Pamela's NamUs listing. It is possible that she lost weight while being missing and she could have become homeless or transient. Though it could be someone from the city that somehow ended up in Rochester. JMO

This article has some VERY CONCERNING information about this body. It was misidentified as a missing woman named Shanice Crews from Rochester NY who was later found alive and living in Detroit, but in the time that it took to realize the mistake the body was cremated and its ashes were mixed with one of Shanice's deceased relatives.

Luckily, they did take DNA samples before the body was cremated, but this seems like a massive failure on the part of many different organizations.
