Putrification means the first few weeks post death. So who’s missing recently? Any boating accidents recently? Any suicides via a bridge?

I looked up what the tattoo could mean. Of course lots of theories out there but essentially it’s a pentagram.

The Pentagram is a symbol of a star encased in a circle. Always with 5 points (one pointing upward), each has its own meaning. The upward point of the star is representative of the spirit. The other four points all represent an element; earth, air, fire, and water. All these things contribute to life and are a part of each of us.
To wear a pentagram necklace or other form of jewelry, is to say you feel the connection with the elements and respect the earth.

Men's PUMA Liga Suede red sneakers are pretty unique, especially with the logo in reverse, found online for $35 or so.

Black jeans and black socks but no mention of a shirt. Possibly removed prior to entering the water as that would likely have DNA on it if he was assaulted. The water could have also forced the shirt to come off.

What part of the shoreline was he found at? Too vague of a location description.

That looks very populated. I wonder if they’ve looked at all the nearby cameras already. Perhaps they haven’t seen anything so they are putting it back into the spotlight hoping for leads.

I can't see any recent MSM on this case, nor any visible updates in Namus though the case was apparently amended in February this year.
