Found Safe NY - Tonei Suarez, 20, East Utica, 24 Feb 2017

20-year-old Tonei Suarez went missing Friday from her home in East Utica. It was reported that Suarez left her home between 6:15 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

Suarez, who is described as having "limited cognitive abilities," was last seen wearing an orange Syracuse sweatshirt, pajama pants and black/pink sneakers. She is about five feet, five inches tall and estimated to weigh approximately 185 pounds with brown shoulder-length hair.
