Twins, one a former teacher, make plan and hire students to help them secure materials to build a bomb. The twins had journals, downloaded bomb making instructions, and 30 lbs of explosives when arrested.

The teacher left his job when a bomb threat was called into his school in December 2017.

The former teacher has also been arrested for raping a15 year old student.
