A New York grand jury indicted a male model Wednesday, accusing him of attacking his husband, who was later found dead and stabbed in his New York apartment — but he has not been charged in his husband’s death.
Donald Zieben-Hood, 40, was indicted for what the Manhattan district attorney’s office described in a news release as three alleged incidents of intimate partner violence from February to August.
Donald Zieben-Hood was arrested Aug. 1 after police found his husband, Jacob Zieben-Hood, 34, dead and with stab wounds in his Harlem apartment that day. Charging documents indicate that one of the stab wounds was deep enough to penetrate muscle.
