Clark County Sheriff's Office
The Clark County Sheriff's Office is requesting that anyone who knows the whereabouts of Andrea Bell contact the Clark County Sheriff's office right away. Andrea was last seen on July 28, 2018 around 0300 hours at her home just outside of South Charleston. She left the house in a tan 2007 Kia Rio 4 door, Ohio license plate FFP3615. Andrea has possible medical problems that may require medication. According to the family, this is completely out of character for her. The cellular phone was shut off but was last mapping to the Jeffersonville, Ohio area. None of her family has had contact with her since the above the date.
Andrea is 5'03, approximately 150 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what she was last wearing.
