Came across this unidentified and unable to find her in any of the databases or discussions. Delete if she has a thread.

State St in East End
Unknown race
Death within hours
5'6"
125 lbs
Brown hair
Brown eyes
Natural teeth

She was found off the roadway, strangled, wrapped in 2 green blankets, tied with clothesline. Attached link has more info (possible clothing, leads etc) and a PM photo.
