According to a lawsuit filed in 2013 by Glanzs sister, Gail Lincoln, against Glanzs husband, Robert Brown, Glanz was found in the bathroom of the residence by Brown, who reported she had a stroke.
Lincolns suit brought a temporary restraining order against Brown in U.S. District Court during the summer of 2013 after he reportedly had scheduled an estate sale, advertising high-end antique items. The restraining order was granted by the court, but the remainder of the suit was ultimately dropped by Lincoln.
