OLMSTED FALLS, OH (WOIO) -
The Olmsted Falls Police are seeking the public's help in finding Diane Bromeier, who left her home Monday and hasn't returned.
According to police, Bromeier -- who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease and other medical conditions -- likely drove away from her Wainwright Terrace residence in a 2013 Toyota Prius with Ohio license plate number 067YMM.
Bromeier, 75, is 5-feet-4-inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
The missing woman may not have her medications with her.
