A 26-year-old man serving time for injuring a newborn baby in 1999 could now face new charges because the child died over the weekend, NewsChannel5 reported.

The Akron child was bedridden for the past eight years because he suffered from shaken baby syndrome, police said.

Gosh, how awful to be bedridden for 8 years with shaken-baby syndrome. :(
I hope that guy gets the ultimate punishment.
