Authorities Tuesday requested the public’s help locating Erika Hernandez, who was last seen around 11 p.m. Oct. 1 but not reported missing until Monday. Hernandez has not been seen or heard from, nor has she attended classes, since the first of the month.

A missing persons alert from Cincinnati police described Hernandez as standing 5-feet-3-inches with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about her location should call police at 513-county 765-1212 or Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040.

I was wondering why police don't consider it as suspicious("Police do not believe that foul play was involved, but the investigation continues, according to Tiffany Hardy from Cincinnati Police" -linkbelow) - might as well be because of history - Still IMO, they should consider it as suspicious unless they have 100% proof that it was not suspicious. So Sad.

University of Cincinnati (UC) is surrounded by thuugs, gangs, racists(neo-nazis) & homeless - lots of pimps and human traffickers. This case should be considered as serious if the cops don't have any proof of this girl's disappearance.

UC's official student paper as this news as breaking news today:

There are lots of cameras around UC. If they know where she was last seen, they can pinpoint every move if she lives close to UC. It needs time and man-power but if they don't consider it as serious without proof, might as well loose this important information due to their lethargy and ignorance

If she still lives in westend of the city, which is bit far from UC, its a very difficult task of finding her - even getting a clue. The west-end is notorious for trafficking.

She is a pre-criminal justice student at the University of Cincinnati.

Police do not believe that foul play was involved, but the investigation continues.

Couldn't find any MSM reports but on facebook unconfirmed reports are that she just took some time off.

BUT, another Uniersity of Cincinnati student reportedly missing on Oct 28th was shared on facebook on Nov 1st. International graduate student "Sunil Biradar" was reported missing on Nov 1st (last seen on afternoon Friday Oct 28th) and just few hours back (Nov 2nd) they found a body on the side of a river on East side of Cincinnati with positive identification. You can search on that name on facebook and see the publicly shared posts. It's not on MSM yet. Please someone open a post on this.

Sunil Biradar, a University of Cincinnati grad student working towards a Masters in Engineering, was found dead in the Ohio River last night.

Biradar was the second UC student to go missing in the last month, following the disappearance of 20- year old pre-criminal justice student Erika Hernandez on Oct. 1.

How many times have we heard here about people disappearing right around halloween?
Isn't that a coincidence! The CPD closed a case on suicide. The victim just came to US few months back and I even wonder whether he could navigate around Cincinnati and find a spot to die. How ridiculous. CPD doesn't want headaches with non-citizens. Ritualistic killers will walk free.

No, I did not open a thread because the body is declared as suicide.

Okay, someone please tell me the direction of Ohio river in Cincinnati - from East to West or from West to East.
What they are saying is that he jumped into the river (no proof but assumption and ended up at the Ohio river close to Kellog Area Park near Little Miami river)

Please note that downtown area river is west of where the body was found. They are saying that he most likely jumped into river around downtown. Is it possible for the body to be found east of downtown?

Also this year, this is not the only body found. There are other bodies found along/in Ohio river at different times of the year around Cincinnati at a highly unusual rate compared to other years. There are also another body found in the last few months very very close to this place.

I want to know how likely will a body be found East of downtown Cincinnati if a person jumps in the river in downtown? According to wiki, Ohio river flows from Pittsburgh all the way westward and southward to Mississippi.
