On February 8, 1992, Gary D. Kramer II's deceased body was discovered on the Big Stillwater Creek dam in Uhrichsville, Ohio. Kramer had previously been severely beaten, rendered unconscious and placed into the water, where his body floated to the dam overflow where later discovered.
