His FB page:

Jake Geller

His last public post was in 2018, of his graduation. Prior to that, he had a picture of his girlfriend. Her name is in the replies to a comment with the photo of him and her together. She has a photo with him on her page (2018), but no mention of him missing.

Ah, sounds like he went missing on purpose, or self harm.

K9 group discovered body thought to be missing Heath man
The Licking County Coroner's Office is working to identify the body of a man found dead in Newark Sunday afternoon..

[...]

The unidentified body was found by a K9 group associated with the Muskingum County-based Ohio Rescue Dog Association K9 Search Team on Sunday afternoon.

According to Haren, members of the Ohio Search Dog Association brought in both scent-specific dogs and cadaver dogs to search the area over multiple days last week. Haren indicated family members later called ORDA in for another attempt at locating Geller.

[...]

"A lot of people tried very hard to locate the body. It took several days to find it," Haren said. "Our wish was we would've found him a lot sooner. Our best wish was it didn't happen that way, but it did."

Haren said no foul play is suspected in the man's death. He added the agency is awaiting final confirmation from the coroner's office.

May Jacob rest in peace. He's only two months older than my youngest daughter- that saddens me so much to hear it was Jacob.

My thoughts and prayers are with Jacob's family.
