Found Deceased OH - James Flunder, 67, Toledo, 31 Dec 2017

A 67-year-old man is missing from a home on Richford in east Toledo as of 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

James Lee Flunder’s ex-wife says she woke up to hear the front door of the home open and close and when she got up to investigate he was missing along with her car.

Flunder has dementia and gets confused, has had numerous strokes and takes pills for diabetes.

He does not have his medication with him.

Flunder has dementia and gets confused, has had numerous strokes and takes pills for diabetes.

Police have contacted hospitals in the area but he hasn’t been located.

Roughly a half-hour drive time between where he was last seen and where his vehicle was found.

[h=1]Body found near site where police located a missing Toledo man's car[/h]

Officers say they located the Flunder's vehicle near Tanager and Skylark St. in Monroe, Michigan. Tuesday morning, the Monroe County sheriff's office confirmed that police had found a body near the Monroe Public School Bus Transport Center at 4920 Aldin Road. Investigators tell 13abc they are working to positively identify the body and notify that person's family. Police have not confirmed whether the body is that of Flunder.
