A woman (who used to be a man) was charged with exercising her 73 year old husband to death in the family pool.

Poor man. I think they should give her more than five years. If other people noticed she was abusing him then she had been doing this for a while.

Video showed her pulling 73-year-old husband around in swimming pool.

"Chris Mason, 41, was sentenced in Geauga County Common Pleas Court for reckless homicide in the death of 73-year-old James Mason. She pleaded guilty earlier and could have gotten five years at sentencing.'
