Ohio police are currently investigating whether a man allegedly used an online ad to lure another man to his home to kill him, Ohio’s Record-Courier reports.

Authorities arrested and charged John R. Fox, 34, of Franklin Township, Ohio, last week with the murder of Justin Tyler Earley, 22.

Earley had been missing for three weeks before police found his body in Fox’s closet earlier this month.

John R. Fox was sentenced Monday morning to life in prison without the possibility of parole after pleading no contest to charges of murder, robbery, kidnapping, and tampering with evidence in the December 2013 slaying of an Alliance man he lured to the Kent area through an online ad.
