Kaliyah Acoff was reported missing on Monday morning after receiving reports from St. Joseph High School that she did not show up to class.

Acoff’s mother told police that the girl’s stepfather dropped her off at school, but school officials said she missed her first class of the day.

Acoff’s family said she could be with a friend who attends Warrensville Heights High School.

Acoff is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has black hair with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red sweater, navy blue pants, a beige shirt and beige shoes.

I wish I could have found more on this case. I found an article (link below) that stated"

Surveillance video from the high school shows Kaliyah walking through the doors between 7:45 a.m. and 8:01 a.m."

Seems like a long time frame to enter the building, but she could have been talking with friends. It doesnt mention whether there was video of her leaving.

After digging a little deeper this case broke my heart. There were only a couple of news articles written about the case. No updates since the missing persons report have been released, that I could find. There were no facebook groups, nothing on ViCAP or NCMEC. I found what I think was her soundcloud and youtube profile, neither have been updated since November and that was it. I tried submitting the case (my first) to NamUs so at least someone can name her if she is found. Thinking of Kaliyah and hoping for the best
