OH - Lachelle Jordan, 30, possibly kidnapped, EMS worker was to testify in court case, Cleveland, 6 May 2023 *found alive*

Charges were dismissed "without prejudice" which means the charges can be brought again later if new evidence comes to light. It seems the judge made the best decision he could, given the situation. JMO.

If something new comes up it will be revisited, but there was no convincing evidence regarding a rape or abduction.

“There were some inconsistencies, yes, that is accurate,” Drummond said in an interview this week...

Those inconsistencies have led to some uncomfortable questions for police and the mayor’s office, as Jordan’s sister is city prosecutor Aqueelah Jordan...

I don't recall reading that the sister was a prosecutor. I'm sure police will get to the bottom of this, but it surely has been a long time.
