• The family of 52-year-old Lynda Farr haven’t seen her since 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
• They say she left without her cell phone and cigarettes.
• She is believed to be driving a white Nissan Altima with plate JHA2821.
• Police say none of Farr’s friends have reported seeing her.

I don't know. There aren't many details just yet. It sounds like she left in a hurry, maybe. I wonder why...? MOO

If I'm remembering accurately, the local newspaper in that area, went under within the last 2 years. It's a town of about 80k with no print media. That may impede some of the details getting out to the public.

National Violent Offender & Domestic Violence Registry. ᐅ Domestic Violence Registry – Ohio (OH) – National Violent Offender & Domestic Violence Registry She was arrested for domestic violence and was not bondable. That was well before her disappearance date, however.

Did you follow back to where she discusses being in recovery? Does anyone know if she could she be in a facility while still being reported as missing, or is that possibility checked immediately?

The woman with amnesia is in her early 30's, the missing woman Lynda Farr is 20 years older. Weight can change, but true age is hard to hide in facial features. I do hope Lynda's family finds some resolution soon.

I don't know how that works with confidentiality laws. The police might be able to find out, but I'm not even sure that they can without a patient's approval.

It's a big deal, but I believe with a court order yes if you are a missing person, fugitive, material witness etc.

If she is in a recovery center, but perhaps is under someone else's insurance they are privy I believe.

Someone that smokes and left their ciggies is a red flag to me especially if you planned on going into treatment. They would give you the patch if you wanted, but some places take you outside to smoke. At least they used to. My friend is a drug/alcohol counselor and smokes like a fiend and used to get mad clients could smoke, but she couldn't.

Hoping this woman is found soon. Safe.
