We are asking for the public's help in locating a missing female, 31 year old Maria Howard. Video surveillance shows her leaving her apartment building in the 2800 block of Mayfield Rd. at 8:22 am on September 3, 2018, with a seven month Husky named Carribean that is in her care. No one has seen or heard from her since that time. Her family and friends are very concerned as this is out of character for her. She is 5'3", 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. In the video she was wearning a blue tank top shirt and black pants. The dog had on a red harness with a blue leash.
