EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the bodies of two people found dead in a burning car in East Cleveland.

The bodies of Paul Bradley, 39, and Paris Bradley, 14, both of Bedford, were discovered at Savannah and Manhattan avenues Wednesday.

According to the medical examiner, Paris Bradley had gunshot wounds to the head. It's not clear if Paul Bradley was also shot.

East Cleveland Police said there is evidence that both victims were forcibly removed from their beds. Police believe that Paris Bradley was tortured before she was killed. They added that Paul Bradley, who was bound multiple times around his hands and feet, was still alive at the time the car was set on fire.

Authorities searched a home in Bedford in relation to the case. The man who rented the car the victims were found in lived at that house. It's not clear if the victims lived at that home.

There's no information I could find that gave the context for this crime. I do think torturing a father and a teenager, killing them, lighting them on fire in a car that's left in the middle of a street, and dousing their house in gasoline is more than just your everyday murder case. That's a huge message about something. I'm hoping we find out what it means soon.

Well, they must have a suspect or an eye witness if they know this information about a dead victim.

It wouldn’t Ben shocking given Mr. Bradley’s criminal record. This from the article from Cleveland.com.

“Paul Bradley was sentenced to 11 months in jail after he pleaded guilty to drug possession charges in 1998, according to Cuyahoga County Common Pleas court records.

A Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court judge sentenced Paul Bradley to one year community control after he was found guilty of assaulting a police officer in 2004, and two years later, he was sentenced to another three years of community control for having weapons under a disability.”

That or perhaps the home had cameras that captured what happened. They’re becoming more and more prevalent in private residences. My Mom even has some in her home to watch her dogs when she’s out. (She’s very into those dogs.)

I would doubt it. The Rhodens weren’t tortured and Appalachian Ohio is a completely different beast than East Cleveland. I have heard the Rhodens were selling marijuana, while bigger city dealers typically deal with more potent drugs. That’s just my opinion.

Kodii Gibson, 21, is the second person arrested in connection with the deaths of Paul Bradley, 39, and his 14-year-old daughter, Paris.

The arrest came two days after another suspect, Ronald Newberry, turned himself in Thursday to East Cleveland police after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Quentin Palmer, 26, was arrested on the 3800 block of Northampton Road. Palmer is the third person arrested in the deaths of Paul Bradley, 39, and his 14-year-old daughter, Paris. Their bodies were found Oct. 10 burned car in a vacant East Cleveland lot.

The arrest came one day after co-defendants Ronald Newberry, 23, and Kodii Gibson, 21, made their first appearance in East Cleveland Municipal Court. Both men are charged with two counts of aggravated murder.

The judge will hold a preliminary hearing Monday on the charge against Newberry

Oh this makes me sick to my stomach...,this poor girl, her poor dad. What they both endured is unimaginable.

Sometimes I truly hate this world and all the evil.
