3 Mansfield teens missing

The Mansfield police are asking for the public's help in locating three local missing juveniles — Payton Harbin, Alexis Hayes and Allison Sowders.

They are not believed to be together, according to Mansfield police Capt. Shari Robertson.

As part of the continued search, the public’s help is needed to help locate Payton, 14, is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has been seen in the Mansfield area as recently as March 29 in the area of Home Avenue in the south side of the city. He often frequents this area as he has known acquaintances in this area. Efforts to locate him have met with negative results, according to police.

He's been missing and located a few times before. His most recent missing date is shown as Feb 27 in an article and a LE news release (first two links below). He was then seen on Mar 29 but he's still missing as of the Apr 2019 LE news release.

Runaway Mansfield juvenile Payton Harbin found

MANSFIELD - Ontario police have found a juvenile teen whom authorities previously described as a habitual runaway.

Payton Harbin, 14, was located by Ontario Police on Friday at Altitude Trampoline Park and taken to the juvenile justice center, according to a news release from the Richland County Sheriff's Office.

Payton is not currently listed on the Ohio AG's list of Ohio's Missing Children, but we don't know if he was added to the list when he went missing.
