A 20-year-old man is charged with raping a 5-year-old boy during a church function in Albany, Ohio on Saturday.

The Sheriff says investigators are also looking into a second incident involving a 4-year-old boy. Kelly say this alleged incident happened in a stairwell at the community center.

Even though Merryman is a 20-year-old adult, the prosecutor's office has learned he was in the custody of Stark County Childrens' Services in the Canton, Ohio, area. He's also classified as a sex offender, although neither the sheriff nor the prosecutor's office has yet learned why. But, possibly the most troubling: why Merryman even left the Canton area in the first place.

I have noticed Virginia is not the best state at locking them up either or making them comply . Look at the amount of wanted ones in the state. Plus by the looks of it ,it also apears meth or pills are hitting the population pretty hard. Which is likey going unnoticed my most people as it does until it is to late. Pay attention Virginia.
