Rigoberto Jose Garcia, 37, a U.S. citizen of Guatemalan decent, was last seen on Jan. 12 in Maineville. His vehicle, a white 2011 Toyota Tacoma truck, was recovered in the city of Fairfield on Jan. 19.

Garcia is 5-feet, 1-inch, and weighs 135 pounds. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a gray sweater, black baseball cap with an unknown insignia, dark brown boots and he typically wears a wooden cross necklace.

He has black hair and brown eyes and has a scar on his right palm.

Fairfield Twp. police say they’ll follow ‘any lead’ they get on missing person

“It’s concerning when you have an adult that comes up missing,” he said. “We’re certainly looking into all aspects, and we’re following up with anybody that we can.”

That includes friends, family and anyone else that may know Garcia, he said.

Until they learn more, Lanier said they can’t release any additional details. More details could be released later this week or next week, police said.

Details of Disappearance​

Garcia was last seen leaving a job site in Maineville, Ohio on January 12, 2018. He has never been heard from again. On January 19, the white 2011 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck he'd been driving was found in Fairfield, Ohio. Few details are available in his case.
