just heard about this one through LordanArts (attached above). actually mindblowing. where are you Scott?

i am v familiar with the Cincinnati area and Liberty in particular and it's asinine to me how he vanished because that area is very business and shopping-oriented.

I also just watched the Lordan Arts coverage, which was weird timing because I was just thinking about Scott and wondering if there were ever any updates. I didn’t love hearing that one investigator with LE blew off the case by saying Scott “ghosted”. Unless LE knows a lot they’re holding back from the public and family, that’s incredibly dismissive of a missing man with a close family who could have had any number of things happen to him. I was also concerned that LE mentioned financial irregularities and addictions but with no clarification. Was he 100k in debt or are we talking millions of dollars unaccounted for? Was he in recovery or actively using, and what kind of addiction? I assume law enforcement knows but the way they frame it so vaguely and dismissively makes it seem like they don’t care, even if that’s not true, and it gives off to the public an air of “don’t waste your time looking for this guy,” which I hate to see. JMO.

I do not know if these financial problems are linked or not to his disappearance, which seems out of character, but as this is out public info I think it is worth considering.

We do not know if he is missing voluntarily or not. But as the above video underlines, he went out at 8:13, in again at 8:23, but is nowhere in the building so he must have left via an exit without camera, possibly dressed differently, possibly then using another car (whether being the one driving or not).
He did not use his access card in and out, IMO it could be because he just went out to pick sth from his car and forgot his wallet inside.
I leave all other speculation out and agree that this case deserves more attention, but I cannot blame LE for hinting that he may have disappeared voluntarily, at least in the beginning.

I really hope Scott is safe somewhere and that his family gets answers.

Great find and provides a much more complete picture. If he lost those suits, he’d owe about $500k from what I can tell. That’s an immense financial pressure and loss. It certainly paints a more full picture of the strain he may have been under.

Oh dear. This is the first credible evidence that could lead one to surmise that he had a reasonable cause to either harm himself or go underground. I don’t leap to conclusions easily, so by no means am I settled on a theory, but in a case with scarce information, this feels quite important.
