That’s an odd thing to say.AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – Authorities in Summit County are investigating the gruesome murders of three men, found bound and gagged at two separate crime scenes in Akron and Copley on Friday morning. The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office says all three of the victims were shot in the head.
A passerby made the first shocking discovery at 8:35 a.m. Friday on Cordova Avenue in West Akron, when he spotted two bodies on the side of the road.
The man told a 911 dispatcher that the two victims were bound and gagged and that one of them was face up, and the other one was face down.
A short time after the gruesome discovery in Akron, a third body was found dumped along Wright Road in nearby Copley.

The arrest of Elias Gudino came less than 24 hours after three bodies were found shot to death in Summit County, all of which appeared to have been "bound and gagged."
It’s odd he was not deported. Even if you are here legally, if you commit a felony you generally get deported.![]()

Elias Gudino, 58, of Copley, has been charged with aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder in the deaths of three men found Friday.www.beaconjournal.com
Investigators apparently zeroed in on Elias Gudino within hours of the bodies being discovered, obtaining a search warrant for his Henetta Avenue home Friday night. Gudino − who was sentenced to 150 months in prison in 2010 after federal officials broke up a national drug ring they said Gudino led from Akron − has been charged with one count of aggravated murder and one of attempted aggravated murder, according to the statement.
Public records show that Gudino at one time owned La Michoacana Taqueria and grocery in the 1400 block of Copley Road in West Akron.
Court records show he was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. in the 1980s and became an American citizen.
