"Police said Timothy L. Richardson is believed to have been diagnosed with ADHD and is developmentally delayed.

Investigators said Richardson was picked up yesterday around 11 a.m. by a transportation company.

Anyone with information about about Richardson is asked to call police at 216-623-5111 or 216-621-1234."
