Was just reading this FBI report from the early 1980's in relation to another case. It lists a few mobsters in the Greater Cleveland area who were arrested and imprisoned around that time. One was named "Doc" Harthut Graewe, a mob enforcer who was known for dismembering/mutilating the corpses of his victims. He tended to kill people who were in some way a threat to his narcotics trafficking business.
Not saying Frankie was involved in that, but he may have somehow become a threat to someone's business.
