According to a press release, William T. Weltlin, 33, was last seen in the area of Second and Diamond streets in Mansfield on or about Aug. 3.

Investigators have reached out to friends, family and neighbors to try to locate Weltlin to no avail, according to the press release.

Weltlin is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 200 pounds.
