Liberty Center woman charged with rape of child

According to court documents the woman engaged in sexual conduct with the child over a period of two weeks in October.

Per your link... it says she was booked for the “non-forcible” rape of a small child. What in the world does that mean?!?!? Is that even a court/legal term? Cuz I can't imagine how they came up with non-forcible.

The offenses that constitute a crime of violence or a non-forcible sex offense include arson, assault offenses, burglary, criminal homicide (manslaughter by negligence), criminal homicide (murder and nonnegligent manslaughter), destruction/damage/vandalism of property, kidnapping/abduction, robbery, forcible sex offenses, statutory rape, and incest.

And here are the only 2 references of "non-forceable" on the FBI's site:

• Incest (NIBRS Offense Code 36A)

Non-forcible sexual intercourse between persons who are related to each other within the degrees wherein marriage is prohibited by law

Non-forcible sexual intercourse with a person who is under the statutory age of consent
