According to court documents the woman engaged in sexual conduct with the child over a period of two weeks in October.

Per your link... it says she was booked for the “non-forcible” rape of a small child. What in the world does that mean?!?!? Is that even a court/legal term? Cuz I can't imagine how they came up with non-forcible.

And here are the only 2 references of "non-forceable" on the FBI's site:

So now we know that it was a little girl. I wonder if she's family, a baby sitter, what?

criminal court records are not public in Williams county OH, at least that I can find, and there have been no updates on the prosecution of this woman.

It's Henry county, and they are public there. Woohoo!

What I find interesting is the first line back in 2023. Looks like she filed for divorce in March of 2023 and either she or he wanted co-parenting. That case was dissolved on 7/12/23. However, it was reopened. I just can't tell when.

As for case 25CR0172, Endangering Children... Pre-jury trial is 03/31/2026 02:00 PM and the Jury Trail is currently scheduled for 08/10/2026 09:00 AM.
