Cloe Workman was taken into custody on Thursday and faces two felony charges: one for endangering a child and another for domestic violence, according to court records obtained by local CBS affiliate WKRC.

After appearing in court Friday, Workman was released on her own recognizance. Judge Dwane Mallory ordered that she wear an electronic monitoring device that tracks her location, court documents show. He also ordered her to be on 24-hour house arrest.

The little one is in the custody of Workman's grandparents. The father has a fundraiser on a popular fundraising campaign hosting site in hopes he can get the money for legal fees to fight this mother for custody of his child. He is the one who she sent video of her abuse to. I for one hopes he gets full custody pronto.

I agree. They are defiant and angry. It may sound harsh but I don't believe she should ever be allowed to be with that sweet baby again. IMO.
