Scary. I don't remember hearing about this on the news. You'd think it would be a big deal.

Why are the employees who sold him the iPod named in the suit? Seems a shame that some poor hourly wage schmuck has to hire a lawyer to defend him/herself against this.

I hope the kid is okay.
