Paula Phillips, Londa Phillips, and Donald Ray Phillips are siblings who lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On October 3, 1991, 26-year-old Paula Phillips left her apartment at 6300 West 11th Place to go to the neighborhood store around 7 pm. Paula has never been seen again.

On October 7, 1991, her 20-year-old brother Donald Ray Phillips reported her missing. According to the Charley Project, authorities attempted to interview him three days later, on October 10, 1991. They were unable to locate Donald and went to his family members. The family realized that no one had heard from Donald, and no one could locate him. Donald was then reported missing by family members.

A little over a year later, on November 22, 1992, the boyfriend of 21-year-old Londa Phillips reported her missing. Londa was expected at a relative's home but never arrived, the Charley Project reports. Londa, according to a close family resource, has a twin sister named Wanda.

According to a Facebook post, Donald Ray Phillips, Londa Phillips and Paula Phillips have a family member named Cookie. A close family resource, who wishes to remain unidentified, verified that Cookie is Tomarion Denice “Cookie” Phillips Momodu, another sister of Donald, Londa, and Paula. Her date of last contact is listed as January 1, 1991, when she was 25 years old. She vanished sometime in 1991, and authorities are unsure of the exact date she was last seen or spoken to. She was not added to NAMUS until 2016, and there are no details provided in her disappearance.

Paula Phillips, Londa Phillips, and Donald Ray Phillips, Cookie Phillips-Momodu were four family members who lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma. These four family members disappeared, one by one, between 1991 and 1992.

Tulsa authorities suspect the disappearances are connected. According to authorities, they also believe them to be drug related.

"Their disappearances could potentially be connected to one another and to drug activity," Detective Loveall told Tulsa World.
