The Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a 66-year-old man who has been missing since Tuesday afternoon.

The Sheriff’s Office on Friday issued a Silver Alert for Bobby Winters, who left his home on foot at about 2 p.m. Tuesday. He was wearing blue jeans, a blue jacket, a ball cap and was using a cane.

According to authorities, Winters is said to have dementia, and he left to see his sister in Cleveland, who has been dead for two years.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office at 918-762-2565.

Investigators say Winters left his home on foot around 2 p.m. on Jan. 21 and hasn’t been seen since.
