A Silver Alert has been issued for 76-year-old Carolyn Jo Stuart.

Officials say Stuart was last seen leaving work on Friday in Tulsa.

Officials say she is driving a light gold 2009 Toyota Corolla with tag GVH-743.

Carolyn Stuart is 5'4 with hazel eyes.
