A Silver Alert for Harold Milhisler, who was last seen at about 4 a.m. Sunday near West 15th Street and South Santa Fe Avenue. He was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes. Milhisler is possibly driving a gold, 4-door 1999 Mercedes E32 with the tag EFX420. Milhisler has a proven medical or physical disability and they believe he is in imminent danger.
