Ponca City police seek help in locating missing 22-year-old

Moneta was reported missing on January 20.

Moneta was last seen in the area of North Pine Street and West Cleveland Avenue in Ponca City.
According to police, some of Moneta's items were found in the 400 Block of North Union Street.
Officials said the missing man may have been in the area of 2nd Street and Summit Avenue around the time of his disappearance.

Moneta is employed at Capstone Logistics.

“I texted him on Friday at 12:45 p.m. and he didn’t respond. We thought maybe he was at work but we never did hear back from him.”

Hansen said the family checked his apartment at Paladin over the weekend and got no answer.

“We later heard from his boss that he hadn’t shown up for work on Thursday. On Monday we started calling the jails, hospital, and the police.”

Hansen said her son moved to Ponca City from Kansas City, Mo. in January of 2024 and had just moved into Paladin Apartments on Jan. 2 of this year. She said a 55-year-old male who knows her son told her that he last saw Moneta at the bike shop in the 300 block of west Cleveland.
