Circumstances of Disappearance Relative dropped Joseph off at OU medical in Oklahoma City, OK. The relative went to pick him up from the appointment but he didn't show up. In 2015 a friend of the family saw Joseph at a store in Shawnee, OK. The friend did not talk to Joseph but recognized him.
