Emailed Muskogee Police for an update, I'll post when/if I hear back.

This person is still reported as a missing person. Officers have been in contact with someone claiming to be her over the phone however she refuses to make contact with law enforcement in person to verify it’s her & she is okay. Until contact is made she will
stay entered as a missing person.
