Details of Disappearance
Meredith was last seen at her family's residence in Midwest City, Oklahoma on February 14, 1989. Authorities believe she left of her own accord.

Meredith's stepmother, Nancy Jean Medina, disappeared from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma four and a half years before Meredith did, in August 1984. Neither of the women have been heard from again. Their cases remain unsolved.

Strange they both dissapeared. Wonder who was the last to see them, The father?

Googling them, I found a research paper by Dennis White. Named Middle America Mafia. Page 32 is about both Meredith and her stepmother. He thinks both were victims of a serial killer named Perry Floyd, who just so happens to be the author's stepfather. I submitted Meredith as a potential match for a Jane Doe found in the Los Angeles area in 1994. I submitted the potential match to Los Angeles Medical Examiner-Coroner (LAMEC). They're handling the Jane Doe case.

When I submitted the potential match, Meredith's dental records were compared to Jane Doe's by a Forensic Odontologist at NamUs. According to LAMEC, the Forensic Odontologist indicated that he "unfortunately cannot exclude or include them as being the same person due to a lack of definitive irreconcilable differences."
