An unidentified black female was found at a truck stop along Highway 9 in Norman, Oklahoma on Nov 8, 2023. The female is estimated to be in her late teens or twenties. She is approximately 5’6” tall and 140 pounds. She has three piercings in each ear but no earrings were in place. She had previously had her lower lip pierced but had been closed and healed for a while. The female also has three distinctive tattoos. One of paw prints on her right thigh; one of a character on her right hip, buttock area, and a heartbeat line on her left ring finger. Investigation has revealed she was likely in Dallas, Texas the day before she was found and likely has ties to that region. She may also be known as Jasmin. The images displayed is a facial reconstruction created by a NCMEC Forensic Artist that depicts what this female may look like, and digital reconstructions of the three tattoos.

My educated guess is that she indeed was Jasmine Bryant. If it was her, what did she do for 8 months and is it likely, a 17 year old is allowed to get tattooed? Not sure how the minimum legal age is or if there is one at all.

the general rule throughout the US is licensed tattoo artists cannot tattoo youths under 18 y/o without permission of their caregiver. however, i see a lot of kids on NamUs with tattoos, likely done by less-reputable artists under the table, or by their friends who own a tattoo gun (surprisingly easy to get one!)

This was quite a while ago now but I remember there was a big stir in my freshman year science class because one of my classmates came back from winter vacation with a bicep tattoo. o_O

Not going to link identifying information, but some of this Doe's family members have confirmed the ID on the Help ID Me post. She was 31 and from Dallas. (It also sounds like she may have been found alive, per one of the aforementioned relatives? The language on the NCMEC poster is pretty vague and doesn't specify that she was located deceased)

that would be great, but I don't see why they do a facial rendering rather than a photo in that case.

Found it. The name they suspected was correct. She was 31 and reported missing by her family after they had searched her usual places. She is indeed deceased. From what her family writes, id assume she lead a somewhat transient lifestyle but that may just be my impression. The recon was not spot on aside from the haircut which is remarkable since she was recognizeable.

I wish her family all the strength in the world. Poor princess, fly high
