Description: Paul was between 5'7-5'9 tall and 180 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has short, black straight hair and brown eyes. He has scars on his right heel, both of his knees, the right side of his ribcage, his right forearm, and a large 2-inch scar on his left cheek. He has a tattoo on his left shoulder blade of a Gargoyle, "Mamie" written on one of its wings and "Austin" on the other with "Barnett" in the middle. He would likely have his wallet on him that would include his tribal ID, brown EBT food stamp card, State ID, SSI Card, SS Card, and his son's Tribal ID. He smoked Marlboro Black Cigarettes and would carry a lighter or matches. He had his housekey on a beaded lanyard. Paul was last known to be wearing a size-large t-shirt, size 32 cargo shorts, a black belt, dark grey New Balance tennis shoes and socks.
