Woman who believes she has coronavirus missing

Close friend Marty Angus remembers the last text message he received from Talina.

"She wasn't feeling well, and she would get back to me when she felt better," Angus said.

That was the last time Marty heard from Talina.

“I’ve been calling, texting. There’s just no answer. Her phone’s been off since the 7th,” Angus said.

According to Talina's Facebook page, she posted that she had coronavirus.

The post said she was not going to go to the hospital, but she was taking time away to deal with it.

“She said she was gonna be back in about a week. That was five weeks ago,” Angus said.

According to the missing person report, Talina left home without her purse or wallet. The report also says Talina's car was in the driveway.

I've been following this case and glad to see it here finally. It's an onion of a case with many layers to peel back. The corona story was texted to friends, put on facebook, but nobody ever actually SPOKE to her in person about this. There are a few facebook groups regarding her disappearance but they have been contentious to say the least between her friends and outsiders. I hope the police are investigating this one closely.

Woman who feared she had coronavirus now missing for 7 weeks in Oklahoma as mystery deepens

An Oklahoma woman who reportedly believed she had coronavirus but was “terrified" of being intubated has been missing for seven weeks.
“Hey everyone, I’m on Day 9 of this virus, and I am pretty sure it has reached my lungs. Feeling a little raspy and tight,” she allegedly wrote in an April 7 Facebook post.
“I made the decision at the onset that if it got bad enough, I would not go to the hospital. So I’ve made arrangements to spend some quality alone time at one of my favorite hideaways at one of my favorite lakes, and I’ve booked it for the remainder of this week,” she wrote before she disappeared.

Just read about Talina's disappearance on my local feed. So sad. There are so many hidden consequences of this virus. Family and friends seem to be spread out so in time of quarantine it would be hard to imagine a coordinated effort to find her.

So what lakes has she been to over the years? a "favorite hideaway"? Did she in fact use a ride share to get there? Did she ever even get there? Sick with COVID-19 no less...?

Very worrisome.

I find it strange that the Facebook post was purposely mysterious. If you don’t want people to know where you will be staying, why tease it?

This situation appears to be just another version of “she left without her car without her keys without her purse etc. etc.” Texting and posting can be done by anyone. MOO

“On April 12, Talina’s roommate reported her missing to the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office. According to the report, Talina left home without her purse or wallet. Her roommate said Talina’s car was still in the driveway.”

MOO

Yeah, I am finding it hard to believe she made those facebook posts. IMO. The problem with going by what was posted on Facebook like the poster above pointed out - it could be anyone posting. Just seems odd to me that she'd post that especially if she wanted to get away. Idk. I'm interested to see where this goes. <<MOO<IMO>

Oklahoma woman missing since April following Facebook post that indicated she believed she had coronavirus

This section of “timeline” confuses me a little (the dates):

•Chantel said her aunt was in contact with her boss on March 27. “It’s the last contact anyone had with her,” she added.
Earlier that week, one of Talina’s close friends who also lives in Wagoner, Marty Angus received a text message from her.
•I’ve been calling, texting. There’s just no answer. Her phone’s been off since the 7th."
•According to an April 7 post on Talina’s Facebook page, she believed she had COVID-19.
On April 12, Talina’s roommate reported her missing to the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities limited on details on Wagoner County woman missing for nearly 2 months

The only bread crumb that the 53-year-old has left behind is a post on social media, where she says she needed some alone time.

In that same post she claimed to have COVID-19 and did not want to end up in a hospital.

It may be nearly two months since her disappearance, but Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott still considers this a missing person's case.

Investigators continue searching for clues.

Wagoner County Woman Named Person Of Interest In Roommate's Disappearance

Investigators have a person of interest in the case of Talina Galloway, a woman who's been missing from Wagoner for more than two months.

The sheriff said they've taken Galloway's roommate into custody on other charges and are trying to get more information from her about Galloway's disappearance.

Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott said Kore Adams is Galloway’s roommate, and she's the one who reported Galloway missing, 10 days after she was last seen.

I think the roommate came up with the "covid" BS IMO

more info ( need to scroll) Lori Fullbright / News On 6
-They say they discovered Adams was using Galloway's credit cards, taking money out of Galloway's bank account, selling some of Galloway's items and had destroyed evidence that might've helped in the search for Galloway.
-They have arrested Adams for having a firearm as a previous felon, destroying evidence and obstruction.
-This is an arrest, not a conviction.

•Kore Adams is Galloway’s roommate, and she's the one who reported Galloway missing, 10 days after she was last seen.

•their home near Fort Gibson was searched yesterday.

•Adams had actually been using Talina's credit cards and was taking money out of Galloway's bank account and selling some of her things.

•Adams had firearms even though she has a previous felony conviction

•Adams was cooperating in the beginning but as they began to ask her more questions, she got an attorney.
