The mole on the left side of the nose makes me wonder about this MP Jose Eduardo Menjivar Palma.

He has a distinct mole in the same spot. Race says White/Other but I have seen many Hispanic folks be categorized as white.




Here is another maybe older photo which shows the placement of the mole.

It also says he has no tattoos but maybe they don't know about it. I's far fetched but maybe?

I know this is just the info put out by authorities, however that is NOT a Celtic Cross. ( Edited to add: I just looked at the Namus link and calls it an Iron Cross with Skull on it, which I’d agree with. ) I’d lean more N*zi symbolism. I won’t waste everyone’s scrolling time, I’ll just link to a possibly helpful Wikipedia page on the Cross Pattée.

So, it could mean nothing or it could mean something. I guess I’d be curious if there were any other tattoos, I’m guessing not. Perhaps spent time in prison and forced to affiliate. Really curious where he was found, cause of death, etc. I’m guessing since they aren’t divulging that info the authorities suspect foul play and/or gang related activity.

Date, tattoos & weight don’t match (but i’ve seen cases being solved where both were wrong)
BUT This guy has something on his nose & under his eye on the same place (if you flip the picture). That’s why i wanted to mention him. Location & hight make him also a possibility… But not likely.

On July 16, 2023, around 8:45 a.m., Officers responded to a call about a person down near 3500 MLK Jr. Blvd.

When Officers arrived, they found a deceased male in the driver's seat of the vehicle. He was found in a car that broke down and didn't belong to him. When the owner returned to the car, she found him inside.

The Medical Examiner's Office determined that there was no foul play or trauma leading to the person's death. They are seeking help in identifying him.

He was 5 foot 9, 200 pounds, brown hair and eyes, and has a tattoo of a skull with an iron cross.
